Our Purpose

Three Zeros Initiatives Australia Limited is established for the principal purpose of advancing social, economic and environmental public benefit through initiatives aligned with our "Three Zeros" objectives: Zero Poverty, Zero Unemployment, and Zero Net Carbon Emissions.

We operate as a not-for-profit and charitable entity in compliance with Australian law, striving to create a sustainable and equitable future for all. Our income and assets are applied solely towards promoting these objectives.

In pursuit of these objects, the Company may undertake activities such as education, research, training, consultancy, community development programs, policy advocacy, and national/international partnerships.

Our Three Zeros Objectives

Our work is centered around three interconnected goals for a better world.

Zero Poverty

Relieving poverty by providing access to essentials like energy, housing, education, healthcare and promoting economic empowerment.

Zero Unemployment

Promoting employment opportunities through training, skills development, social enterprise, entrepreneurship and advocating for inclusive labor policies.

Membership & Governance

We are a company limited by guarantee, committed to transparency and member engagement.

Any person or organisation that supports the objects of the Company and agrees to be bound by our Constitution may apply to become a Member. The Board approves membership applications.

Members are listed on the register, may pay fees set by the Board, receive notice of and vote at general meetings, and are eligible to nominate for the Board and participate in Company initiatives.
